We are with God, everywhere

We have had a busy end to Term One. Our students have been flat-out with their learning, staff have been discussing our foundational Special Character, whilst WCET and the BOT are exploring future     property plans. The introduction of weekly sessions on Christian Living in our Senior College has provided an opportunity for students to explore the Bible, discuss issues, ask searching questions and grow their     personal understanding of Faith. This strengthens our vison of ‘Christianity in Living’ and reinforces the values that underpin our school culture. Please ask, at home, about this learning and support your child’s exploration of our Christian beliefs.

During the school holidays you are invited to join us as we take part in the ANZAC Day dawn parade on Wednesday, April 25th. We will be meeting at 5.40am in Alexander St, opposite the RSA for the walk to

Laurie Hall Park, where the ceremony will be held, and our students will lay a wreath. If you are walking with the school, students will need to wear school uniform. We look forward to seeing our community   represented at this event.

As we enter the holidays we pray that our school families are able to find time to have fun together,    children can rest their minds, the weather is kind for outdoor activities, and we all experience the      blessings of our Lord. Term Two will continue to be busy and we look forward to welcoming new students and building on the learning done earlier in the year. Stay safe and enjoy …
