Lord, we are in Your hands

Our leavers’ assembly yesterday was a celebration of the students’ time with us, mixed with some words of wisdom for their future. As they leave us this year we are confident that this group of students can have a positive influence on the world, and stay strong in their Faith.

We pray that all our Year 11-13 students are well prepared for their NCEA exams, and that the Lord’s peace will surround them in their study, and the exam itself.

As the weather warms and our grounds remain dry the students are rediscovering the great outdoors as a playground. We encourage then in using God’s creation during their break times, however the more physical nature of games can provide many opportunities for patience, tolerance and forgiveness. Please support us by reinforcing our values of compassion, integrity and honour around behaviour during play times.

2020 is the 40th anniversary of our school’s beginning. We are looking to celebrate this during term two next year. If you are interested in being on an organising group, or have a gifting to share, please contact Nat Brown on 022 4628 895 or, its_natty_j@hotmail.com
