All is for the glory of God

It was great to see our students participating in the inter-House Futsal tournament this week. Each lunchtime also had a crowd of spectators, and wonderful sportsmanship was on display.

Well done to our Year 12/13 scuba divers, who braved the winter waters of God’s great creation, at the Poor Knights yesterday.

Our Parent Support group is setting up a canteen preordering system, from next term, for our Junior College. Next week will be a trial for the system.

Please join us next Friday at our school assembly to celebrate the end of a most unusual term of learning for our school community.

Another of our aspirational goals in our Student Graduate Profile is for students to ‘have high aspirations, embrace change with confidence, and are equipped with skills and qualifications.’ Post lockdown we are aware of a need for us to focus on reconnecting students with their learning goals, and ease the anxiety caused by the time away. We must always remember that God is in control, and trust Him when circumstances are confused or frightening.
