Shalom

As we end Term Three remember that we are still at Level One, and need to  maintain our personal hygiene practices at home, and consider others in all our interactions. A healthy holiday will help us all relax into the last term of school. It will be the usual busy time with our seniors completing internals and preparing for exams, a Volunteers’ morning tea, a Year 4-6 Athletics day, our Leavers’ farewell assembly and dinner, and ending with our annual Awards events.

This week we interviewed for our Senior English teacher, and Senior College Leader positions. We will be able to let you know early next term who was successful, and will be taking up these roles in 2021.

With a two week break from the school environment I want to encourage our community to seek shalom, or peace and well-being, during this season.  There is still Covid anxiety about, and we are living in changed times. We need to tap into the never-ending river of calm and comfort that the Lord supplies. His love for us will never diminish, and it is the reciprocal relationship we have with Him that will see us through. So, be sure to find the space and the quiet to share time with Jesus these holidays, and then share His love with others.

Blessings
